Caol Ila Distillery, on the northeast coast of the Isle of Islay, produces a robust single malt that displays luscious, oily smoke – a peat-lover’s dream. Our team filled this hearty spirit into a 1st fill Madeira barrique from our partners, Justino’s, the celebrated vintners on the island of Madeira.
