Specially selected by Sir Lyndsay Hoyle, the 158th Speaker of the House of Commons, this exceptional 35-year-old single grain from the Lowland region of Scotland has been chosen to commemorate the completion of the Elizabeth Tower Restoration Project in 2022.

It is one of a limited edition of 334 bottles, matching the number of steps to the belfry of the iconic London landmark known the world over as ‘Big Ben’.

Nose: sweet caramel, aniseed, mellow oak
Palate: butterscotch, fresh melon, silky smooth
Finish: sweet treacle, creamy milk chocolate
