Glenrothes

After a quarter of a century lying in the heart of Speyside, initially in a bourbon cask and then in a wine barrique from the Jurançon region of the Pyrenees, this whisky has matured to give a sonnet of flavours and fine aromas. First, enjoy the light vanilla and toffee nose with faint hints of anise, lavender and rose. Then imbibe this subtle and smooth spirit to savour the sweet malt and molasses, over a finish of light lemon zest. The art of maturation at its poetic and understated best.
