BODEGAS XIMÉNEZ-SPÍNOLA

Since 1729, the Ximénez-Spínola family have been perfecting their art, crafting renowned Sherry wines in Jerez. For this cask partnership, we chose Pedro Ximénez barriques, once used to age fortified wine made with gently pressed sun-dried grapes, to create a sweet and opulent Sherry.

GLEN MORAY DISTILLERY

The fruity and elegant spirit from the Glen Moray Distillery has been matured in luscious PX Sherry casks for its final four years. The result is a delicious marriage of oak and spirit; a dram flowing with flavours of baked apple, cocoa and orange marmalade.
