BODEGAS XIMÉNEZ-SPÍNOLA

Since 1729, the Ximénez-Spínola family have been perfecting their art, crafting renowned sherry wines in Jerez. For this cask partnership, we selected Oloroso barriques, once used to age fortified wine matured with exposure to oxygen, resulting in a dry, nutty style of Sherry.

MILTONDUFF DISTILLERY

Fresh and floral in character, the spirit from Miltonduff Distillery provides the perfect foundation for maturation. Finished for its final two years in fresh Oloroso sherry casks, this delicate single malt developed rich notes of walnut, succulent sulfanas, and warming cinnamon spice.
