JUSTINO’S MADEIRA

Founded in 1870 on the island of Madeira, Justino’s produce Portugal’s much-loved and internationally renowned wine. For this cask partnership, we selected Justino’s traditional barriques, once used to age fortified wines from different grape varieties, to make luscious and balanced Madeira.

CRAIGELLACHIE DISTILLERY

The meaty and robust character of this Craigellachie single malt has been enhanced by maturing it in fruity Madeira for the last three years. The result is a delicious marriage of savoury and sweet flavours; a whisky bursting with notes of créme brilée, cured meats and spices.
