This brilliantly bold spirit has spent the last two years maturing in French wine casks from the Saint-Julien region of Bordeaux. The combined flavours from the vibrant, fruity oak and the oily, peated spirit have integrated exceptionally well – a Mystery Malt to really get the juices flowing.
