Girvan 2010

Built in 1963, the Girvan Distillery is a relative newcomer. It produces a rich, creamy spirit mainly made from wheat, and is used in leading blends. But as a single grain, Girvan is seldom bottled. We are proud to have produced four bottlings of Girvan to date and now present it to you, having been matured in ex-bourbon casks.

We finished this 12-year-old Girvan grain Scotch whisky for four years in small bourbon casks from our partners, Koval Distillery in the USA – a superb example of the Art of Maturation.”
