Dalmunach

Built in 2015, on the site of the old Imperial Distillery, Dalmunach is one of the newest and most progressive producers of single malt Scotch whisky. We’ve waited with great anticipation to share our first batch of barley-rich Dalmunach that we finished in PX Sherry barriques from our cask partner Ximénez-Spínola, in Jerez.

We introduced rich and complex flavours to this new and little-explored spirit by maturing it for its final two years in sweet, Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks. We’re excited to welcome the Dalmunach spirit to the fold and make it one of our offerings, as we continue to explore and experiment with the Art of Maturation.
