Caol Ila Distillery, on the northeast coast of the Isle of Islay, produces a robust single malt that oozes luscious, oily, smoky richness – a peat-lover’s dream. Our team filled this hearty spirit into a first-fill Madeira barrique from our partners, Justino’s, the celebrated vintners on the island of Madeira.
