The Caol Ila Distillery is a whisky powerhouse, producing a potent Islay single malt that displays youth and vibrancy – a peat-lover’s dream. Our Head of Whisky Creations, Dean Jode, has tamed this boisterous young malt by filling it into freshly emptied Tokaji wine barriques to give it elegance, grace and sophistication.
