Ardmore

Built in Aberdeenshire in 1898 and surrounded by fields of barley and peat bogs, Ardmore Distillery produces a light style of peated single malt. We’ve nurtured this sprightly, smoky spirit in French oak casks from the celebrated Burgundy wine region, whose influence has brought greater depth and complexity.

After three years, the fruity character of Pinot Noir wine casks from Burgundy has integrated beautifully with this peaty Highlander, producing an alluringly oily, smoky depth that effortlessly balances with ethereal esters – the combination of red wine casks and peat is a firm favourite amongst our Whisky Creations Team.
