Benchmark: Bottle your own whisky from the cask with Murray McDavid

Pop along to our Craft Bottling Hall in Craigellachie, at the centre of whisky country (close to Macallan). Here, my team will be showcasing our innovative approach to the Art of Maturation and sharing a range of unique whiskies straight from some of our favourite casks.

I enjoy selecting interesting casks that inspire discussion and debate. It’s rarely an easy selection and I challenge you to choose your favourite whisky from a cask to hand bottle, label, cap, take home and cherish.
