DESCRIPTION:I welcome you inside our traditional warehouses at Coleburn\, where I – with a valinch in hand – will guide you with passion and knowledge through the atmospheric stows\, introducing you to three exceptional casks of distinguished\, old and rare Scottish spirit – matured for between 21 and 26 years. I have specially selected these casks for this year’s Spirit of Speyside Festival. \nFrom the valinch\, you’ll directly sample each uniquely matured whisky. Then\, together we will assess\, discern and evaluate the qualities of the cask whiskies I have chosen to be bottled for our Mission Gold series. \nOf the three spirits sampled\, you will hand-fill your favourite into your own 70cl bottle\, directly from the cask to take home and treasure and enjoy. \nDean Jode – Head of Whisky Creations\, Murray McDavid \nOffering: 3x 2cl drams from the cask\, 1x 2cl Festival Bottling\, 1x 70cl Mission Gold SSWF Bottling.
